The delivery was quick and the quality was just amazing and for such a good price would 100 percent recommend shopping here Adriana the lady that helped me and my partner picked our tiles was so friendly and nice definitely need more people like her working around.
I am unsure if this is a genuine tile supplier or just a SCAM. Luckily I only ordered a sample so my financial loss is just £8.96 postage,even so its £8.96 wasted. The order has apparently been issued more than once by various methods but has never arrived. I have even been promised a refund which also hasn't arrived. Now no one is answering the phone so I think I need to forget it and move on. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. Update I have now been refunded by my credit card issuer who will no doubt pursue them for this charge.
I ordered some sample tiles and paid their exorbitant postage charges of £10.94 and never got the samples. They even sent an email to say it had been despatched when it never was. How can you deal with a company like this. Never again!
Got my tiles sent to Saudi Arabia and they are amazing, very friendly customer service prompt response i highly recommend them. Thanks guys

£10 for two samples , never arrived .....after several phone calls they keep saying i will be refunded and nothing . 2 months and counting . scam company
I never write reviews, but this one is totally necessary. What an absolute joke of a company. Ordered tiles, they accepted order, took my money. I arranged for my tiler to fit. 6 days later they notified me to simply say order cancelled. No reason or polite explanation around what’s gone wrong. I emailed back… no response. I’ve called three times which just diverts to some persons personal voicemail. Absolute joke of a business run by del boys. As far from luxury as you can get.

Very poor service I was notified that the item had been dispatched 12 days later chased with an email with no response to only call up to be told they have just cancelled my order and I will receive a refund Not what I wanted as I had waited 4 weeks for these to be delivered. I had asked for a manger to call me but to this day this has not happened
