Very quick and informative response to my question
I am vegan and I have been taking multiple supplements for years. I changed to Lumity and in two days the impact is significant because regular bowel movements and feeling more energised. So the impact on my body is significant. I am no longer taking my other supplements.

Can honestly say after being on these for 3 months and taking them religiously I felt literally no difference. Had to top up with other vits to make up some the daily recommended dosages, which defeats the purpose really of a super expensive supplement.
