I’ve been taking Lumity's Morning & Night male supplement for about a month now and I can safely say that I will never go back! The supplements are worthwhile and helpful but it’s the customer care that really rates outstanding! Most unusual these days and very welcome.
Lumity has created a pain response for me. I was really excited to try the product but it has created arthritis type reactions which I haven’t experienced before. I stopped taking them and it began to improve, restarted them (thinking it must be something else) and it has restarted. It also has done the opposite re my skin than it was meant to.. reasonably decent skin became congested. Really sad as I wanted them to work but it’s not for me. I’ve also tried to pause my orders but they keep coming. Sad experience all round for me.

I have been taking Lumity for 8 months now and this is an important part of my health and beauty regime. The main differences I have experienced are to my nails, these used to break when I grew them long, and now they are extremely strong and of a very good quality- people always comment on them because they look naturally good. My skin and hair are glowing and I am definitely sleeping so much better (I'm menopausal and before I suffered from insomnia, waking every night at 3am for an hour- this is no more!) I take these tablets morning and night.
Slightly out of sync with my vitamins so wanted to delay schedule. No problem adjusting date and then customer service reached out to see how they could help. Needed only one pack of night vits so they sent out and delayed next order. Perfect resolution!
Great customer service, but could not justify the price.
I have dealt with two girls from customer service. Magdalena and Paris and both have dealt with my questions with patience and have been most helpful and informative. Now waiting for my order to arrive.
Far too expensive for what it delivers, even with the 20% discount that is given. When I cancelled, I was told by email I would lose the chance to get the 20% discount, which seemed more a threat rather than an actual interest in maintaining my custom. I explained that even with the 20% discount, it is far too expensive. Also, I did not notice a significant difference after using it for 6 months.
