Ordine:T0012125426 Purtroppo, la mia esperienza con questo sito online non è stata affatto positiva. Ho ordinato un prodotto specifico, ma al momento della consegna ho ricevuto la taglia diversa da quello che avevo ordinato. Ho contattato immediatamente l'assistenza clienti, sperando di risolvere velocemente la situazione. Purtroppo, la loro risposta è stata deludente: dopo aver spiegato il problema, mi è stato proposto di fare solo il reso ma non dello stesso articolo, per taglia esaurita. Non c'era alcuna proposta alternativa valida, come un nuovo invio del prodotto corretto, e non sembrava ci fosse alcuna volontà di risolvere la questione in modo soddisfacente per il cliente. Ho proposto alla assistenza clienti delle alternative che non sono state prese in considerazione anche se è stato un errore fatto da loro. In conclusione, mi sento completamente deluso dalla gestione del mio ordine e dalla mancanza di un'assistenza adeguata. Spero che questo tipo di problemi venga preso in considerazione e risolto per il futuro, ma al momento non posso che sconsigliare questo negozio.
Da sempre il mio shop preferito. Sconti imbattibili, rapidissimi nelle spedizioni e nei resi, vasta selezione. Fare concorrenza sarebbe impossibile

Acquisto con ordine T0012210589 martedì 17/12/2024 con spedizione express pagata 10€ per avere l’ordine entro 1/2 giorni lavorativi ma oggi 23/12 non si sa ancora dove si trova il mio ordine. Parlato con la DHL che per agelovare chiedo se posso a spese mie andare alla filiale punto di DHL più vicino ma per procedere mi dicono che Luisa Via Roma deve autorizzare il ritiro al deposito tramite e-mail ma ovviamente senza nessuna risposta e niente. Era il regalo di natale che è domani e dopo una settimana che ho fatto l’ordine non ho nessuna notizia. Spero mi riusciate a fare tutto però oggi ma comunque è un servizio pessimo mi dispiace ma è la verità !!
Le site propose plein de choses et beaucoup de réductions sauf que malheureusement la livraison est beaucoup trop cher même avec de gros montant ce qui pénalise et n’est malheureusement pas avantageux au final, il faut beaucoup de point pour un petit bon d’achat… du coup je ne commande plus

I bought 4 Trudon candles for my kids for Christmas and one had a lot of markings in the glass. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange that one. They insisted I send a bar code - there is a bar code on the box of the candle that I sent a photo of but according to the company not the right one - there is supposed to be another one - that one never came with the 4 candles I bought - therefore they can not do anything - now I have to decide which one of my 4 kids get the defected candle. Will buy my Trudon candles from other place next time.
Top Ware! Aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen war ich zuerst skeptisch. Wurde aber positiv überrascht, schneller Versand und Artikel wie beschrieben und dann noch zu dem Preis!! 👍

CATASTROPHIQUE !!! Commande passée avec une livraison à domicile. Seule option de livraison possible = en mains propres chez moi entre 10:00 et 18:00 du lundi au vendredi… Très pratique quand on travaille. J ai donc commandé un cadeau de Noel que je ne peux pas récupérer avant Noël et qui va devoir repartir chez l expéditeur… UNE HONTE
