The shopping site shows me "new order get $10 rewards". When I place a new order, it just gives me $5 rewards. When I chat on line to confirm the rewards. I just get a strange answer. When I try to write an email,it doesn't work.

This site had the vitamins that I needed at a reasonable price. It was easy to navigate, added coupons and was so easy to checkout.

Easy to order, needed to talk to a customer service person for coupon code issues, she was v helpful and resolved the issue v quickly.

They choose the worst transporteur of France (1 star review) because they just pay the lower price they founded. The mail never arrived home and it get back to Lucky Vitamin. In the contract, it's write that they will not send back or refund the mail if it get lost between they head quarter and they entrepot. I'm not joking. The customer service told me to "let it go" and go forward. It look really amusing for them.... i lost 160€. Better to go to your local store.

Have not received my order. Unable to track it. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Will report them to better Business bureau. They have some poor Asian woman answer the phone who is not qualified and all she can say is I'm sorry.

Son unos estafadores! No devuelven el dinero aunque no recibas el producto. Cuando reclamas te contestan que ellos no han recibido el paquete devuelto. No recomiendo comprar a esta empresa.

If I could give zero stars I would. Packagage arrived and the seal was broken. Powder all over the place. Refused to send a replacement product after paying an exorbanate amount in shipping fees. Would not recommend to anyone

Always had good experiences with Lucky Vitamins..if there is an issue with an order it is a taken care if immediately....prices are very good too!!!

The mail coupons are for first time orders. As a customer, I can't use these coupons.

Placed an order over a week ago. No response when inquiring online. I called and the order had not even started to be processed. No idea when it will be shipped. The warehouse is back up, they will contact me when ready. I have ordered from them many times. Something is not right, this is not normal from this site/ company. Beware and be careful if placing an order currently.
