Bought what I wanted - click and collect
I purchased something on line for click and collect. When I went to the Shepperton store I decided it wasn't what I wanted. Staff were great. No forms required, they returned it and I was reimbursed the next day. Very good!
My parcel didn't arrived I had a prompt reply and another parcel was sent out much appreciated

Ordered a tree online , picked it up the young lad loaded it in my car along with the paperwork, got it home only then realised they had given me the wrong tree it was fibre optic. Took the tree back was told because I ordered it on line they had to pass it on to someone else and then I would get a refund I still haven’t got a refund yet 5 days now , rang the shop was told it’s going through got no explanation how long it takes for money to get put back into account, very poor customer service.

The Christmas table flower arrangement was just like the picture, was well put together but sadly the roses wilted and died within a couple of days which then spoilt the look of the table decoration , could have done with a bit more colour
A beautiful selection of a variety of top quality fresh flowers and foliage, arranged in a tied bunch, securely packed for transport and delivered as requested. An excellent choice for Mum's 90th birthday. She was absolutely delighted to receive this gift from Dad. Longacres is my first port of call now for cut flowers. Very many thanks to all involved.
