This is the best garden centre, such a great choice of plants, gifts, clothes, food and so much more. The staff are kind and thoughtful especially the cafe staff who are always welcoming. The scones are freshly baked and my favourite.
great from Start to finish as described very bushy realistic tree delivery spot on did have to buy a tree skirt due to stand being 70 wide but it's big for a reason
I bought some heavy duty gauntlet type gardening gloves as a gift. (RHS Goldleaf) Longacres offered good quality products at a good price, easy ordering, fast delivery, option of gift message. They communicated re despatch and gloves were received within timescale and well packaged. I would use this company again. Amazing the amount of companies that do not fulfil this standard. I ordered 3 Lemax adapters but only 2 were sent. I emailed Longacres and they replied straight away and within a few days I received the 3rd adapter. I can’t fault them.
Flowers were high quality and have lasted for 2 weeks.
Ordered for collection and was able to pick up my order from the Click and Collect area which is situated outside the main shop. No queue and saved lots of time. Great service and the staff were very polite and helpful.
