A wonderful Nutcracker. The first arrived damaged (courier issue). The staff at Longacres were wonderful, and I had another Nutcracker in a couple of days. He is definitely a talking point amongst my customers.
Had a broken alpha rat but had it replaced quickly and without any fuss. Lovely customer service dealt with the situation perfectly.

I placed my pre-order as it was just what I was looking for. Sadly the & manufacturer was unable to supply you with the goods. The communication from Longacres was very prompt, with a range of options for me to decide the action to follow. As the cushions had been a particular choice, I opted for a full refund. This was made into my account the next day. While sorry that I'll not get my preferred Christmas cushions, I was very grateful for the communication from Longacres & will be keeping a periodic eye on your website. Thank you

Very happy with the item. I asked for a call 30 minutes before arrival so that I could get back home. This didn't happen, call came when the driver was outside the house. Wasn't a major problem as I was 2 minutes away
I love this light perfect for this time of year and might keep it up all year the timer button is great as it turns on and off so I don’t forget
