Fantastic price and service
I bought the tall White Santa online. He's great and for our wedding in a few weeks for the decoration. However I was not impressed to find that he was delivered to our house NOT in a box. He arrived with a black bin bag on his bottom half and a black bin bag on his top half. Not really what I would have expected. I would have expected that he came in a box so that we can store him afterwards in the box. Not really impressed sadly

Good product. Packaging for the delivery was poor. Small hole in the bag allowed leakage. Otherwise satisfactory.
Local shop had “Twinkly” brand colour changing LEDs on display, but no-one in attendance in the department. Found a harried-looking member of staff who went off to find someone who could help, but was not able, and advised us to buy online. Took about a week to arrive; was disappointed that these were left in their retail packaging on my doorstep, from where they could easily have been stolen.
They always have what you want at great prices. Staff are very helpful and curtious.

Pretty quick delivery. I brought all three of the reindeers and what beauties they are! I absolutely love them. The items were packed really well to protect them from damage.
It is easy to Park and Collect at the Drive Thru collection area and the staff there are responsive and helpful.

Really love the globe light (or orb) the parcel man had a bit of a mare, but the light turned up. The Longacres staff couldn’t have been more helpful in locating it. Thank you so much.
