Great service, beautiful flowers. Marking down one star because I paid £5.99 delivery when the delivery address was a 2 minute drive from the garden centre… I personally think the delivery should be free at least within a one mile radius and on an order of nearly £50.

The items we purchased were as advertised and at a great price. Had a problem with the delivery company damaging a item however longacres replaced it straight away, I will be ordering again.

I purchased a bulb and power pack for a Christmas house called a Tannenbaum shop. The bulb arrived and it is different to the original. The power pack did not arrive- instead two Christmas trees arrived. I called the contact number, can’t remember who I spoke to. So! I sent in an email to ask for the correct items and have not received any contact from you except this email asking me to rate your service and company.
