Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate. I have a repeat order for frozen mice from this company. The mice always arrive cold (I feed on the day they arrive, so no need for them to be completely frozen) and in excellent condition. Recently my order arrived and part of it was missing. I contacted the company straight away and they responded within an hour, apologising for the mishap and promising to immediately dispatch the missing item. They did so and the item arrived within 48 hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing supplies for their pet reptile or amphibian.

have been using this company for months now, can't fault the service or the delivery schedules. Ordered a cricket keeper but was damaged on arrival. Sent photograph to them as requested and they went over and above what was required of them. The top of the keeper lid was broken, they sent a complete new cricket keeper.

Does what it says on the tin. Excellent choice of reptilian foods and care goods. Very good prices. Super fast delivery and communication. Would highly recommend.
Good prices. You do pay for delivery, but the cost plus delivery tends to be cheaper than other sites that offer free delivery. Prompt delivery, generally 2 to 3 days, standard delivery. An excellent range of foods and products, essentially everything you need to look after reptiles (geckos and skinks in my case). I haven't found a site with a better range. This is NOT a critisism of Live-foods, it's a word of advice: Don't order crickets, that may sit in the post over the weekend, during wintertime, they get cold and some may die.
I ordered for the first time yesterday afternoon, and got my order first thing this morning. I ordered some locust which I have to say some are a bit on the big side, and some Arcadia lights which are in my viv all working. Ver happy with the service, will definitely order again.
Really good service from livefood.uk ltd, very quick delivery, and brilliant selections of live foods available. They have a repeat order service too, so no need to keep ordering each week, they'll do everything for you! Just a good local company :)
Have used this company for many years for live food and accessories for my beardies and have never been disappointed. Food is always fresh and lasts longer than from any other sources. Promt service and very reasonable postage costs. Had a slight issue recently due to a failure by royal mail and staff dealt with it quickly, great customer service. Hope to use them for many more years.

Well i have had a bearded dragon for just over 2 years now and as he was my first ever reptile, it was abit daunting looking at all the live food types and the suppliers. I joined the RFUK and heard of Livefood UK ltd and have used them ever since, i have not had a single problem with them. Their prices and products are just amazing i would recommend them 100%.
I will use again and would recommend - good quality mealworms, lively, and arrived fast. Only issue was that the inner packaging wasn't entirely secure so some had managed to wriggle their way into the outer bag before the postman delivered the package to us - which I don't think he was entirely impressed about!

They're pretty brilliant! The food always arrives clean, non smelly, fresh and neat. The price is proper for the value too. The 1/2 day postage actually comes within the time stated.
Been using livefood uk for at least 4 years and never had a problem. Iv'e never sampled the product myself but I can tell its good by the way my beardie scoffs it down every time.
Ordered a few times now and have never been disappointed.The product range and quality are second to none.Prices are competitive and despatch time is very fast.I will be back for more!
