Great company to buy home decor
Fascinating home decor always admired by my visitors
Terrible company I Purchased £165 lamp from this company it was completely the wrong colour lampshade from the one advertised on the website . I emailed twice for a return it took them days for a response. I returned the lamp it was fully packaged and in as new condition and was returned by a reputable delivery company. Ltd Abode contacted me to say the lamp had been damaged on return. They said they would not refund me. They then returned the lamp to me (whic I had to pay for!) and it was not even Packaged up properly, no packing tape on the bottom of the box and there was polystyrene bits everywhere, the lamp came back to me even more damaged. They are trying to say I still have to pay for the lamp and take it up with the delivery company, even though it’s come back to me in 10 times when worse condition then it went at their fault and negligence . Stay well away from this company!!!! I went a video of the item the minute it was returned and they are still not taking responsibility. Awful customer service Eve! I no my item was in mint condition and I doubt there integrity !
