Received 19.2.24. Postage time was good and item is lovely....HOWEVER, the item i ordered arrived with spots of black ink on the chest of the gold statuette which ruins the look of it. I'm going to have to buy a gold spray to recolour the item as I cannot be bothered to send it back and possibly receive a broken item . Packaging etc was spot on and ruined by the quality of the item sent to me unfortunately UPDATE 6.3.24 Following this review, I dealt with a lovely representative at Limited Abode called Becca who promptly issued me with a replacement item with expedited delivery at no extra cost. Item has arrived and is perfect. Thank you Becca for your first class customer service:)

The description of a lampshade was unclear. I presumed it meant the lamp and she shade - not just the shade! Also, having to pay for my own return of goods was unacceptable.
The quality of the items is very good.
I ordered a bird table lamp, it said delivery would be within 5 working days. It arrived the next day! They kept me up to date with despatch details and It was packaged really well. It looks absolutely stunning in my bedroom. I’ve always seen Limited Abode ads coming up on my social media and always liked the look of their products, but have been wary and never ordered. I’m so glad I have now, it was a pleasurable experience and will definitely be ordering more👍🏻
I ordered a elephant table three weeks back from this company. Money taken instantly but no sign of goods!! I emailed few days back and was told to wait 3 to 4 weeks. Absolutely insane!! Contacted them last week to check as I am going away, zero response. Now that I am writing a review in Trip advisor, I hope they will bother to reply!! If you can't source goods, don't take money. Also, after reading the reviews, I am worried they will send a damaged item!! I wish I had read the trip advisor reviews before ordering. Thank you Trust pilot. I have finally received a reply from limited abode. Lesson learnt always read reviews before ordering.
I am really disappointed as I ordered the naughty monkey as a christmas present, it arrived on the friday and it was clearly broken……the finger was missing! This would have been noticeable at packing I am sure! I have emailed the company but still no response!
Brilliant service, quick, painless, and remarkably well packaged. My main fear when buying the item was breakage in transit. I had to laugh when it arrived that I had worried entirely needlessly, they know what they are doing! Seen something on Limited Abode and hesitating because of postage? My experience says don’t!
This review is not about the items ordered but about how they were packaged and abused by Royal Mail on their journey. The items ordered were delivered in a cardboard box which, in my opinion, was too large and not heavy duty enough for 2 Hi-Ball glasses. Although the glasses themselves were well wrapped one glass was smashed by a jar of jam from another package (presumably at the parcel depot as it was an Amazon item) and this had fallen into the badly damaged box smashing the glass. The labelling clearly said Glass Handle With Care but obviously this is meaningless to Royal Mail. The glasses were replaced by Limited Abode with no hassle but the new glasses still arrived in badly damaged packaging similar to the first box but fortunately were in good condition.
Poor quality item - stay clear

Ordered a gold sloth ornament on Friday and he has arrived today (Tuesday) very well packaged and I am over the moon with him!
I was sent the wrong wall paper sample. I binned it and told customer services they had sent wrong sample. They refused to send out the correct sample as I couldn't take a photo of the one they sent. I find this absolutely ridiculous and petty!

Sometimes when things go wrong, that is the moment you can truly judge a company and their service I received a product for a friend’s imminent birthday and it unfortunately was damaged in transit (porcelain) I reached out to the customer service later than the 24 post delivery window and explained the circumstance and fact it was for a birthday very shortly Without a second moment or challenge, a replacement was immediately shipped special delivery to ensure it arrive no time First class products and also customer service it seems - very well done Limited Abode!
I preordered a sloth and knew I was in for a wait - well worth it I can now say. I was kept informed of the expected date of delivery through the process. When the sloth arrived it was extremely well packaged to make sure it was safely delivered. The sloth is exactly as described online and even more stunning in real life. The ordering process and payment couldn’t have been easier. This company have many great things that are fairly unique I highly recommend Limited Abode as a company to deal with
