Substandard company on every level. Twice ordered an item, twice has not been delivered, after 2 weeks of chasing received delivery of wrong item. Stated no refund until item has been collected, still waiting for collection. Quality of incorrect item that was delivered shocking, customer service shocking.

I ordered several things from this site. The pictures looked are well staged with beautiful backdrops. However in reality, the quality of the products is cheap at best. Way overpriced for what you receive.

Recently brought a lamp which I love but unfortunately it was faulty. I contacted customer services regarding getting a replacement lamp. Becca contacted me to arrange the process of getting a replacement lamp, while allowing me to keep my old one until the replacement arrived. Becca kept me informed of updates and made sure the process was followed without any problems. Excellent customer service.

I've ordered a few gifts from them over the past several months, all for quite an array of different people. Every one of them has gone down an absolute treat and have been conversation pieces for the recipients ever since. On top of that, the service is brilliant and the prices reasonable, quality high.
I ordered a corgi butler stand for my daughter off her children for Mother’s Day. It took weeks to come, when it arrived the crown was broken, I took photos and contacted them, I did get a reply quite quickly saying the crown is broken! I contacted them immediately about the ! Mark and offered a £25 voucher. I loved the gorilla toilet role order so my daughter ordered one, I told her she shouldn’t have spent £175 on me, her reply was she didn’t, it was just over £100 on Wayfair so I checked the corgi butler stand, it was £169 at Wayfair I paid £245 from this company, my advice being check Wayfair before you buy from this company

I love this company and have previously purchased items from them. I was given some vouchers to spend and have waited until I found items I really wanted . The vouchers were not able to be redeemed . I contacted customer services and as they are over 12 months old they have expired and they will not extend them . There was no expiry date shown on my vouchers . I am incredibly disappointed and Limited Adode now have the money but I have no goods in return.
I have ordered three times now from Limited Abode. Their range is amazing and the quality is excellent. Their range is also rather unique. They respond to queries very quickly and are always so helpful. I am currently waiting for stock of a floor lamp and will be ordering again from them.
