Absolutely appaling the way this agency deals with tenants who have moved out and are waiting for their deposit to be released. Expect to wait over 12 weeks to get your deposit back. Their inability to conduct transparent communications between the tenant and landlord is abhorrent. Expect having to repeat yourself and send the same email over and over again. Also expect them to ignore your emails and not return your calls.

Emma is a great communicator and provides timely support and advice when required. Recently, I asked for her support and advice on a few matters and she provided me with clear, accurate and detailed information. Horrible company, never getting back on time, we are still waiting for our deposit 2 months later. They didn’t want to send the engineer to fix the boiler when we moved in claiming they can’t send engineer out for just one problem fully knowing we were without hot water supply for over a month since we moved in. I’m specifically disappointed with the lack of care from our property manager Olyvia Saunders from the Birmingham office.
