I was looking to order an in-wall letterbox from Lettasafe, but had a few queries - I received great initial advice over the phone from Kevin, Rubens, and Louise - The product arrived well packaged and I was really impressed with the high standard and finish! - I did realise that I needed to exchange the key-lock with a push-button lock, so I phoned Kevin, and he immediately said they'd send it in the post F.O.C. - I'd definitely recommend ordering from them! NB: They're not the best at answering emails, so just phone them instead.
The Lettasafe was installed by my builder and is working very well. It is large enough to take packets which would not fit through my previous door fitted letterbox.

The LS20 postbox is excellent. Well made and designed, it will last for many years. On request, Kevin at Lettasafe arranged the manufacture of this product in stainless steel.
I am belatedly giving this review as the post box has only just been fitted into a new wall. We are delighted with this product and would recommend it to anyone. It is smart and attractive but understated, appears not to let in rain and has attracted many verbal compliments from passers by already. The service we received on purchasing was also excellent.
