I contacted this company in the hope of replacing the collection part of the box which goes through a wall. The assistant I spoke to was most helpful and patiently took me through the website to locate the part needed. The payment and delivery were both simple and efficient. I contacted Lettersafe regarding my mailbox regarding a faulty lock,i have had this box for over five years,the person who dealt with me was extremely pleasant and dealt with the matter in a very precise way,and the new lock would be on lts way today.
Although we haven’t actually installed the box as yet it looks great and of excellent quality. When I thought it hadn’t arrived (it actually had!) they were extremely helpful on the phone. Can’t wait to get it installed once our building works are complete. Definitely recommend!
