Excellent product, easily the best I found to meet my need which was to fit a post box to an external solid wooden gate.
Easy to install however I can't say how it performs as this was installed for a client.

Once installed the system is brillant and works really well. Really pleased with it. However when the pillar was built, it was not an easy task to insert. It involved lot of brick cutting and positioning. We would definitely do it again.
The letter safe box is sturdy, secure and looks great. The only downside is it leaks. I put gorilla tape on the inside to cover the mounting holes but it still leaks. Could do with some sort of waterproof grommet I think.
An efficient service, all our mail was securely kept and delivered to us on our return. We have used this service twice now and will most definitely be using it again.
Would give 5 stars for the through the wall letterbox except that the flap lifts in even a light wind. It doesn't appear to have any spring attached. I contacted the company but they were not aware of this problem as no-one else had mentioned this to them and could not help at all. I have considered trying to attach magnets to it but I haven't had a chance to try yet.
Very easy to use and stores existing property details for future tenancies.

I was initially pleased with the freestanding box but it's just not secure. I've had my mail stolen and all it took was an Allen key. I can't say how disappointed I am at spending over £400 on a letterbox which can be easily taken apart with something you get out out of a cracker. Also the hinges on the rear door can easily be pushed through at which point the door just drops off! Would never recommend this product.
A fantastic company to deal with. I bought a letterbox which i had fitted to a brick pier around 4 years ago and it still looks great. I recently lost my keys, they had a record of my key number and sent me a replacement pair of keys free of charge. Refreshing to receive such great old fashioned service.
