My urn arrived within the time advised when I placed the order. When it arrived it was securely packaged and it has surpassed my expectations as it looks like an eye catching ornament rather than what you expect an urn to be like. (I purchased the eternal love candle holder).When the candle is lit on an evening it reflects a lovely glow onto the urn. Its proved to be very comforting in an otherwise sad and difficult time.

I first contacted legendURN with a query before I made my order and they were very informative and I was confident to make an order. They emailed with updates so I could track my order and when it arrived by courier it was VERY well protected even as far as tack on the lid so that it didn’t come off in transit and get damaged. Beautiful urn im so happy with it. I hope I dont have to order from them again but if I do I will without hesitation.

I ordered a beautiful glass bird as an ashes keepsake for a friend, and was extremely pleased when it arrived. Very well packaged, friend was thrilled with this as at will make a lovely and special ornament.

Bought this leather tribute bracelet for my husband’s birthday. He’s not into jewellery at all, a watch and cufflinks only man. He is delighted with this bracelet. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is because the ash container is extremely small and difficult to fill with probably less than a pinch of ashes. However, we managed and he is very happy that a part of his dog is still with him.

This is what our Dad wanted...an urn that didn’t look like an urn. Good customer service and delivery. Just felt it was a little expensive for what it was, but we do like it.

Good service but goods could have been better pictured on site, and better wraped as i also received similar products from a similar company and was beautifully placed and packaged. Not a complaint just constructive criticism!

The customer service was excellent, however the only downfall was that my product arrived with a chip & a scratch on it.

The urn is lovely but it needs to be designed so it can be sealed properly. Suggest it needs a rubber seal to the base with maybe a turn buckle so it stays in tight. Had to use various glues to seal it. You must seal it otherwise the base will not keep the ashes in
