Updates are great but items aren't delivered yet and obviously items ordered in a distressing time for me.

Great service from LegendUrn. I ordered a large and expensive granite urn recently. I spoke to the person in the London office and he was very helpful. Tracking service from the Netherlands worked perfectly and urn arrived on time very well packed and exactly as described. I am very pleased.

This urn is truly beautiful, its shape, colour and heart centre is just perfect. Very quick delivery, fully tracked and extremely well packaged I hope I don't have to buy another but would highly recommend this urn and company to others

The urn I ordered actually arrived sooner than had been said. Looked exactly like the website picture if not better and was perfectly packaged. Am so very happy with the product and service, would highly recommend.

Beautiful Urn and exactly like the photograph on the website. Had a problem with delivery charges. However, as soon as I contacted customer services it was resolved immediately. Excellent service and beautiful urn.

i received the memorial stone and it is lovely. what i would change is their courier service parcel force as that let them down with not sending me the letter to pay custom charges so it took longer to get stone to me but what i would say is that legend urn customer service team were excellent at handling the problem and refunded my custom fees promptly after i finally got letter to pay. i would also put bigger pictures and descriptions of granite as colour is a lot different when you get the real thing so that would help when choosing stone. the stone is lovely though, nice design and looks good on my dads grave. thanks again team for all your help, i would use again

Beautiful little keepsake urns to match the larger ones I bought previously. Unfortunately, there was no glue included with these, leaving me with the problem of how to secure the stoppers. A disappointing error, that has caused a distressing delay in the disposal of my late husband’s ashes, to members of our family

A very fast and efficient service. Something very much appreciated when you are upset about loosing a loved pet and member of the family.

The product I initially ordered was not available for 2-3months, but the customer service team contacted me to update me and I was able to change my order to one that would arrive within 1-2weeks. It was packaged securely, safely delivered and was exactly as expected interms of size, colour and look. The small hollow to place a small amount of my Mum's ashes in was smaller than I anticipated, but this did not detract from the product. It was easy to fill and the stopper fits securely to keep the ashes safe. I would recommend this product and this company highly.
