As a participant of the Lee Arnold Funding Tour event it was totally an enjoyable and packed day of learning. The facilitators of the training and their team, they did an exceptional delivery of the information and communication. The contents was clear, a well structured process easy to follow and apply. The goals, opportunities, systems and pathways to success was well presented. Thanks.

I've taken several courses in the real estate space, and this one was one of the most comprehensive and easy-to-understand that I've come across. The fact that you need to take a test to evaluate your knowledge is the mark of a truly educational organization. All of the instructors were personable and had exceptional knowledge that they enjoyed passing on to their students. Overall, an enjoyable learning experience.

The presentation was top fast paced. Then I was pulled out of the presentation by a consultant. And I have not been allowed to rejoin another presentation in order to make an informed decision.

I do not know what i do not know. I think it was pretty comprehensive .I would have liked more emphasis on evaluating deals and reviewing the formulas reviewing the closing documets.The last presenter from cogo was not very good about what was in the book(i do not even know if he knew about the book).He seemed to have a condescending attitude ,which was not helpful.I do not pretend to know the best way to teach this but perhaps breaking it down into ; marketing and evaluating deals and paperwork with more time for questions particularly at the end.It would have been helpful to know that you could split screens and how to put messages into the chat box and how to raise a hand at the beginning of te course.I do not think you realized how unfamiliar many of us are with computers .

Great, Experience this Certification Independent Broker program was very helpful and lots of information I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking into this program.

Great to be taught by someone who has been hands on in all phases of the process! He has an amazing amount of experience in every aspect of the deal.

I liked the concept and dislike that they do not give enough info at the beginning of recruiting. First training.

The information was very helpful we’ll explain but the only thing to be more transparent about what we are going pay for the information and training. Because a lot of people would like to do this but have some financial difficulties that would enable them from do it.

The level of break down, yet it used language and terminology in the field. The demonstrations and interactiveness

The certification class was worth the cost of admission. I learned so much and I am looking forward to putting my education to work for me and my family.

The training could have been condensed, it did not need to be 3 days for 9 hours. Didn't need the non-applicable story telling. Would have been nice to have a formal agenda, which was never given. Did NOT need the 10 minute video at the beginning of day 3 to join the televangelist movement. I don't need religion thrown in my face.

Host was exceptional in the live training . Lee and Gary was great in their presentations.

I like that it was interactive and I enjoyed Gary meyers he mde the training fun and exciting.
