It was a lot to take in on the first tour. It was a little long which made it seem overwhelming. It kind of made me double think of what I was doing. But I could not stop reminiscing on all the information I learned on this tour.

I found Lee and his team to be very professional and the course content was very thorough. It was obvious that they presented in an honest attempt to teach.

I'm glad I was able to get my video conferencing working just in time to attend the Funding Tour about the Lee Arnold System! This may be the best opportunity I have found. I am going to dedicate as much time as I can to be successful working with Lee Arnold and Cogo Capital! I loved the teacher, his patient & knowledge of the subject It would have being helpful for me to make a table with all the formulas.

Great information was covered however too much time was invested on tangential things and targeted really important concepts and foundational best practices were not summarized and reinforced to help in the learning process. Also commitments such as getting the older replays on the third day were not kept as the course is a day over and I still have not received it. Having said that the content and presenters were OUTSTANDING!!!

It was excellent training, with good, supportive staff contact. That said, I wish I'd known earlier about the costly but great software I'd be needing to ensure smooth success. There was not enough information at the get-go about counting the cost of things, which would be the key to this being a lucrative part time endeavor versus a full time struggle to get good leads. That said, I am very impressed by the ongoing support from the staff, and their sincere desire for everyone to succeed. They also say they'll give you back the class tuition if you complete two deals in the first six months. I hope I read/heard that right. So I'll go ahead and give them four stars, since I've gotten too far to turn back now!

I enjoyed the experience completely, Lee and the entire crew are real, they show what is possible.

This is the best company I have ever worked with They are professionals so knowledgeable of everything. To do with real estate and financing.

The opportunity seems good except not enough attention was placed on getting leads. It doesn't seem like there is a ton of flippers out there. To purchase a program and then not be able to get enough leads seems like a waste of money. Other programs have lead solutions and I'd rather put my money towards their programs. I do think your program has value but it seems more like an add-on rather than a quick-start opportunity. Kudos to you for asking. Mike
