Insightful, actionable information and applicable information I was looking for. Always trying to get into real estate but finally found something that does not seems money hungry or money driven to achieve this objective.
Way too expensive to join Lee’s program. His salesman Todd Wengel upsold me into a program and then after I paid he completely abandoned me and would not return phone calls or text. My advice would be don’t do business with them.

Lots of information in 3 days but not sure I could be comfortable with the risk. We shall see as I continue to learn about them.
The class size was small making it personal and easy to ask questions. There were valuable lessons in role-playing and making phone calls. Going out into the field opened my eyes to the importance of talking to anyone you meet. You never know who has valuable information about properties for sale.
Lee Arnold system is different. I feel like he taught us what professionals do to be successful. I never learn what he taught from anyone else and never felt like this from anyone else I've learn from

The learning experience was great. I t was a lot to comprehend, so much so, that I need to do the Funding Tour again so that I fully understand it all. I felt that the AI portion should not be includes at this point. To me it, it is an advance portion of what the Lee Arnold System is about, and should be treated as such.

The company has great training and offers continuous support. I do feel they should let their clients fully execute one course, before selling another. It is very confusing for those of us that are also working full time positions.
I love the honesty in working in the e real estate business! Training is great, very practical and real world. So nice to learn about how to use A.I. and streamline the parts that used to take so many hours to do manually. Great team and great training!!
1. Isolate and ID Pool of inexperienced people trending toward Wholesale crawl before you walk, help me help you. 2. Second pool of experienced people ID. Separate. 3. To 1 above, first two and a half days focus only on serious Wholesale Training using all the tools, Dealio/Send Fuse (sells by using/understanding, etc. 3a. Class size no more than 100 people. 4. Last half a day introduce BDC people, marketing, and guest speakers, easier to digest and forward looking with the basics of 1 and 3 covered. 5. Include BDC for 60 days after course for guidance/direction plus office support 6. Charge $1495 for course. 7. It begins with Wholesale, quick and reinforcing to student, your truly investing in the peoples success, trends indicated from Lee Arnold's comment on Wholesaling support it. 8.Furthermore, their loyalty to the company is reinforced, you have hand in glove systems/programs/personnel already in place. 9. Lee Arnold has the people, structure in place, model for long term investment in people/success not being fully utilized, missed opportunity here. 10. For the reasons above, course was organized, talented organization, people, systems, but fragmented, and unsettling for a newbie. 10a. $1000 is a steep price for a steep learning curve to come out disappointed, it did not have to be that way. I could go on.... 11. I believe Lee Arnold is a strong sincere leader, with a great organization, his team is great including Robert, Tommy and Nick, systems are great and in place. However, it all starts at the wholesale stage for people with great potential to learn and make a difference, the training environment has to be really focused, quality training, cements a future for both the affiliate and the company. 12.I consider myself to possess at least average intelligence, however, without adequate support by model assumption to be self sustained after 3 days is a stretch to say the least. You are obviously having results, but someone from the outside looking in sees it a bit different. Thanks all the same for your time and expertise.
