LEDLENSER P6R Signature Køb aldrig den her lygte, den bliver så varm efter et par minutter, så man næsten ikke kan holde på lygten, lad den ikke komme i nærheden af børn, plus at batteriet ikke holder i særlig lang tid før den skal lades igen. Købte den hos huntinglife.dk for 799.dkr

This is the 4th product I have purchased from LedLenser. The reliability is excellent, design and engineering very well done, and deliveries when ordering, are prompt. Suffice it to say there is no need to improve, it's already top notch. Thanks LedLenser

Bonjour, Il manque un dispositif près du bouchon arrière pour empêcher la lampe torche de rouler sur une table légèrement inclinée.

Habe mit einem meiner Ledlenser Taschenlampe ein Problem mit dem Schalter gehabt. Die Garantie war abgelaufen. Eine E-Mail mit der Problemschilderung geschickt. Halbe Stunde später kam die Antwort, dass ich einen neuen Schalter auf Kulanz bekomme, 2 Tage später war der Schalter da. Habe ich in meinem geschäftlichen Leben so noch nie erlebt. Meist wird irgendwie um den heißen Brei geredet ... "ja, da haben Sie wohl einen Fehler gemacht", " das haben wir so noch nie gehört", "das kann nicht sein", "die Garantie ist leider abgelaufen". Nicht so bei Ledlenser. Superschnelle Reaktion! Super Bearbeitung! Schnelle Lösung! Da kaufe ich bei Bedarf gerne wieder eine Ledlenser Taschenlampe. Man kann nicht immer nur maulen, man muss auch mal wenn es angebracht ist ein Lob aussprechen. Wenn ich mir die anderen possitiven Bewertungen ansehe, scheint das aber Firmenpolitik zu sein. Danke für den Service, der in der heutigen Zeit leider nicht mehr so "in" ist.

Was gifted a T7 torch a few years ago, however I left some expired batteries and they damaged the plastic battery holder/cage. I emailed Ledlenser and they refused to help or offer replacement parts to buy, then claimed that my torch was counterfeit? Who is counterfeiting torches? Absolute madness. Luckily ebay to the rescue for £12.00

Ich habe meine 1,5 Jahre alte H14R.2 zu LEDLENSER eingesandt, weil sich der Akku nach 3-4 Wochen entladen hat. Der Service von LEDLENSER hat umgehend und kostenfrei die Batteriebox, als auch den Akku ersetzt und mir zurückgesandt. Danke nochmals an den Kundenservice Herrn A.L. aus Solingen. Deshalb werde ich aus zukünftig immer wieder LEDLENSER Produkte kaufen!

I purchased a LED Lenser HF8R Head Lamp and was really impressed with the quality and functionality, I previously own many Led Lenser torches and just love the design and quality. The HF8R is a sealed unit which is waterproof shock resistant and outputs 1600 luminance, The modes are infra red, adaptive light mode and manual mode. The head strap is very comfortable with a removable pad at the front of the unit. I am really happy with this headlamp and will always continue to buy Led Lenser products just as long as they keep the consumer happy. The HF8R has a 7 year warranty including the battery, so what more can you ask for. The company is fantastic and listens to its customers. 1000% I will be buying more products from Led Lenser “A BIG THANK YOU”

I forgot about Rob Willhite who has been really exceptional to help me with a return I wanted to do, something that I never do being too much of a challenge for me, an added thing to my agenda, that I can't really handle, but I don't think I have much time left. He's one that's been great though, I forgot about his replies to me, recently..!! But that site I don't know if it's my phone, or it purposely takes me in circles? Anyone would get disgusted esp if they did not forget their password, but it keeps coming back as incorrect. And seems like you need to be a computer whiz to get past this! Recent experience? January 1st why do I need to sign in multiple times, and still password issues as I'm supposed to be sent an email to reset it. But I can't spend an hour on this. The Ledlenser lights are good but doing a request for help, always get an immediate reply saying, please type your reply below this line, and it always depends on who replies at any given time, and not once when calling their Oregon Ledlenser anyone had ever answered the phone lines? Maybe it's this phone? I have no idea why I continue emailing support for Ledlenser. I don't like giving a pretty low score but maybe I can get real support! I'm forced to say more, what I'll never know is why 10 to 20 years ago Ledlenser was great no matter which way you look at both their products as well as their personnel, because counting the positive experiences has been almost close to none, except for Rob W as he's been with Ledlenser USA for a very long time, thought he just recently started with Ledlenser but ot doesn't hurt to add another star⭐️I know that I really should bring out all of my Ledlenser Lights but I'm not young like all of you anymore, but I will do this for Trustpilot asap!

Absolutely love the light iv owned two of these the h7r and the h15 r and they do not disappoint! Both very good lights long battery life! Great zoom in and out they shine for a pretty good distance! The company shipped directly after purchase! And I’m very pleased! My the h7r I gave to my dad I owned it for about 2 years and he has had it for well over a year and it’s still going strong! He loves it!

Don't buy from this company Ledlenser ,This company is over rated and it's customer service is in the gutter Had a P7 450 L torch that had to be returned they told me they would send a P7R but a P7 Core arrived they took no ownership or responsibility for what they said and Did , Spoke to a a person called Caroline who will be in big demand at the Christmas panto as she has the Personality of Ebenezer Scrooge, the torch they send is so flimsy it's now inside a Christmas cracker and I have bought a 2000Lum one for £19.99 what a waste of time dealing with this Ledlenser.

While the products this company produces are top notch, the customer service I have received has been terrible. After not shipping my order, I attempted to contact this company via the number on their website (which leads to a phone tree) a total of 7 times (3 times leaving a message) and never got through. My messages were never responded to. After sending several emails, I finally heard back from one employee. It took 3 emails to get a basic question answered, and the employee made it very clear he was not reading my email, nor did he care. I finally have decided that I will return everything and apply for a refund. The first return request I sent in sat for over a week with no approval. I emailed again, and as before it took 3 emails for the employee (scott) to actually understand my very simple request (which was essentially "I requested a return, my RMA is XXXX can you please approve it and tell me where to send it") Multiple times Scott just told me to initiate a return...which clearly I had done since I had given the RMA in the email! I fully expect to have to battle or get the CC company involved in this, as getting any response from this company is like pulling teeth. Additionally, due to the fact that the company is not really reachable (which if you look at their Facebook or Instagram you will see many reports of people not being able to get ahold of customer service. ) their "7 year warranty" is essentially null and void. So in short they make good products but not good enough to justify this terrible customer service. Steer clear and go with surefire or Fenix. I will update if they give me any hassle about the return. At this point i am so frustrated I am returning everything.
