Great service, they kept in contact with me giving an update on my order and provided the shipping detail so I could also track my order when it was dispatched to me.
The site and ordering arrangements were simple to use and I was told of my order's dispatch with Parcelforce express 48hr. Jude was helpful when I couldn't get the tracking system to work initially but, when I could, unfortunately that then allowed me to see the mistakes/delays by the carrier! Parcelforce eventually delivered 6 days later.
