Great service! I enquired about buying a voucher and Jude responded straight away advising that they would be available very soon. Jude also emailed me a link as soon as the vouchers were on the website. Very prompt postage and the voucher is beautifully packaged in a be-ribbonned box.

We ordered 'Scarlett' as a leaving present for one of our vet surgeons-she cried when she opened it (in a good way!). I would say that reaction deserved more than 5 stars.
