My experience with purchasing a print for my Daughters birthday was excellent. Being unorganized i'd left it until the week of my daughters birthday to order! When I went online there was a note to say they were on holiday but there was an emergency number to ring if you had a problem. I text and asked if the print was in stock and whether there was any possibility of having it delivered before the following weekend ? Almost immediately I had a lovely reply and the print was ordered and dispatched. Communication was faultless about when to expect delivery and the print arrived well packed and was stunning ! Even more stunning in real life !! By the skin of my teeth it was delivered to my daughter although very difficult to give as i'd have loved to keep it ! (its on my birthday list now !) She was thrilled as was her partner !! I vow to be more organised next year !! Thank you x

We love our custom Merida canvas. They worked with us to find the least expensive shipping options, since it shipped from the UK to USA. The best solution was to send the canvas rolled and then get it stretched here. Although, the first canvas didn’t arrive, they reprinted and sent the next one and it came quickly. Great product and wonderful customer service.
