After trying the samples of the protein shakes. I was undoubtably going to order! All shakes taste like dessert or that cheat meal you crave - except it's a protein shake! Amazing!! I mix mine with halg almond milk and half water. It's creamy and filling!!! Not grainy or overly sweet either! Love it!
I love the taste of Lady Boss Lean. I also have had great customer service when I called in with a question. The rep was very helpful and did everything she said she would. Love the fact that you can now get samples. It really is nice to try before investing and I appreciate that. Long time customer that is a happy customer.
Shipping is always fast. Ordering is always easy. Customer service is spectacular, professional and extremely helpful. Simply Amazing all around.
The products I have tried are great and customer service is easy to contact as well as being understanding and quick to respond.
The only annoying thing about buying from LadyBoss is that when you go to the checkout they offer you all these things at the last minute at great prices. That’s fine but you can’t get it at that price again so it feels like they are trying to get impulse buyers or like you are buying from an infomercial or a car salesman. I do like some of the products. I do wish the protein powder had Stevia or Monkfruit because whatever is in it makes me sick.
Lady Boss is amazing!!! It’s such a wholistic program to follow and is not a gimmick! If you put the work in Lady Boss and the community is there to support you and lift you up! Their supplements are amazing! Lean and Fuel are what I love by now! They even ship products out quickly and in amazing Lady Boss packaging! All swag items I have bought have been quality materials as well! I had an issue when I received the wrong order one time and customer service was quick, super sweet, and settled the issue easily!

The shakes taste amazing and there aren’t so many recipes you get with them to change it up so you don’t burn out on the same kind day in and day out. Swag is awesome. Everything I have received has been great quality, fits perfect, the momentum journal is more than I could have thought it would have been. Exactly what I was looking for. Customer service has been amazing with any questions and concerns I have had. And to top everything else joining this community has been life changing for me. Thank you lady boss. You were what was missing in my life. ☺️

If there were a option to pick zero stars I would. This company is all about money they don't care about you and your health. Do not waisted your money. They won't even refund you full amount if you don't receive the product. I had to do a dispute with my bank over a product I never received.
I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake during a BOGO sale where I was supposed to get the Vanilla Cake for free. The Vanilla Cake is the one I really wanted to try, but since it was a good deal, I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake with the BOGO. There was trouble with my delivery and the company was extremely difficult to deal with. They refused to file a claim with FedEx, which the seller had to do not the buyer. Finally after several weeks and a lot of back and forth, they re-shipped my order. But I only got the Strawberry Shortcake and not the Vanilla Cake, which is why I purchased in the first place. Anyway, the Strawberry Shortcake is terrible. It’s gritty, doesn’t dissolve, is too sweet and doesn’t keep me full. Maybe I would have liked the Vanilla Cake, but not wasting anymore money with this company. Edit: your response is a lie. I immediately responded to you and told you FedEx said you had to file a claim on my behalf, I included the screenshot with my message. I have the email from October 7th proving that I messaged you saying you had to file the FedEx claim. You did not respond to that email. I would think your customer service reps would know that because of the service you use, YOU as the seller have to file the claim, not the buyer. It literally doesn’t allow the buyer to file a claim. I only purchased from you because it was a BOGO, so if it wasn’t included in my order, it was because it was not added to my cart by your site. And since I was a new user (and your site is hard to navigate), obviously when I click on BOGO, I expected that it was added. I thought I was getting the BOGO you were advertising. Your responses to reviews are so condescending.
