Insulin Resistance/Prediabetetics and Diabetics should not use this because it has Sucralose and it will spike your sugar, I had to learn the hard way. Not sure why this question is avoided so much because it should just be clearly addressed and stated. I have insulin resistance issues and almost couldn't wake up from using this one time. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee but what's also not stated is you have to pay to ship it back. So now my A1c is shot and I'm paying for it physically and financially. Super disappointing.
Product isn't bad. Most of them taste pretty good. Sorry I wasted my time with their Facebook group or any of their support systems. I asked for advice on ways to mix certain things because I wasn't a fan of the taste. I wasn't allowed to ask anything and was told it wasn't supportive. Not the first time either. If you have anything but a glowing review they will shut your post down. Don't bother with them unless you love everything about the product.
I requested a refund and to have my membership cancelled during my first month because this product didn't work and made me feel sick. I received 2 additional shipments and Bill's so far and no one will cancel my membership or refund me. They clearly do not care about relationships with customers. I'm so upset.
This has been a true eye opening experience. I am not an outgoing person but this program shows you how it actually helps to lean on others in your same position. These women are amazing, all the LadyBosses.
The Ladyboss challenge was so inspiring and helpful in teaching me the 4 states and then giving you a week to work on putting each one to use. Love the motivation we receive from each other. Would recommend another challenge.

Ladyboss is absolutely wonderful. They really provide the support you need to get healthy and lose weight. The recipes they have are absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend LadyBoss to anyone who's struggling to do this on their own.
