This is probably the greatest experience I have ever had in trying to lose weight! You get so lost, what do I eat? is this healthy? How many calories? How many carbs? I don’t know what I’m doing! With Lady Boss you don’t necessarily have to do all of that!! Your recipes are right in front of you WITH BRAND NAMES! Your exercises are right in front of you! All you have to do is follow and push through. It takes about 21 days to make something a habit! All the positivity and compliments is so amazing!

Amazing product, even better support group and atmosphere. Hands down the best atmosphere to be able to regain control of your health and your life, start to love yourself again, and lose the weight.

my god do I HATE this group. they're the least motivating group I've ever been apart of! I have tried to post atleast 15 posts on their facebook group asking for advice, recipes etc. I have gotten every single one but ONE post denied. the most recent was I asked for good way to meal prep chicken - and the post was denied because "im asking for paid content that other members pay for and thats unfair" is it fair I pay $70 a month for your protein but I can't ask for a chicken recipe?! im so done with this group and if you're interested and reading this ill tell you keep looking. im switching to bowmar protein from now on.

I've learned so much during this 28 day challenge. Just wish I could have found this years ago. Down 9lbs in 28 days with only 6 more to reach my goal and so many inches gone! Love being a Ladyboss and Ladyboss Lean...best tasting protein ever!

It does have a good taste but I wouldn’t go as far saying it’s the best tasting out there nor that it taste like vanilla cake. Also it DOES NOT curve your hunger and DOES NOT eliminate cravings. SlimFast curves your hunger fantastically and also eliminates your cravings and not to mention it’s much cheaper! Not worth the money will not purchase again.
