Product is good and quite easy to build. My only 2 flaws are that the fabric doesn’t seem suited to milk spillages which isn’t great for its purpose. Also I think there should be items included to hide where the screws and bolts have been placed. Over all though happy with the product and does seem like value for money.

I love this chair, it’s surpassed my expectations! The rocking motion is so important to me, and I expected it to be a slight front and backward straight glide rather than the “rounded” rock that It has. It’s beautiful to look at and luxurious to sit on. I can’t say much about durability because I just got it.

No communication. They wouldn’t reply to my emails and my product arrived damaged. Awful. And still no reply from them

Received the order in good time, generally happy with most of the product aside from one part having a strip of velcro missing which means the item cannot be fully assembled. I have emailed customer service and had no response. I have since used the chat function on the website and was told customer services would be in touch by email, but have they have not. A real shame.
Bought a rocking chair, good quality but really annoying squeaky cushions! KUB contacted me and went above and beyond to rectify the problem for me.
