rocking chair good quality and arrived promptly
I ordered replacement cushions for our nursery chair and matching foot stool. Unfortunately the pre fixed screws holes to attach the new footstool cover to the base we’re in different position to the screws on the base making it impossible to line up and screw into place. I contacted Kub Direct only to be told that the screw positions vary from batch to batch and as the stool cushion is offered as part of the package at no extra cost there is nothing they can do! I’m now with a worthless cushion that cannot be attached. What’s the point in sending ?????

Quality product and fast delivery! Tuff tray and stand are solid and my little ones are loving it. The free sand was a bit rubbish but I’m not bothered as it was free, would have bought the tuff tray anyway!
