I ordered a chair. It came more quickly than expected which was a bonus. It was reasonably well packaged and easy to assemble. The quality is excellent in my opinion. There was a slight issue with a couple of marks/scratches. I contacted customer services and they email replied very quickly. They gave me a couple of options and the issue was resolved rapidly.
We’re happy with the chair now that it’s made but it was a nightmare to put together! We’ve made lots of flat pack furniture over the years and this was the hardest we’ve ever done. Several of the drill holes were not in the right place so made it very hard to put together. We managed, with brute force, to do most but one screw we just cannot get in properly so fingers crossed it’s not an important one!

I ordered a rocking chair and cotbed mattress but 2 different chairs were sent to me and no mattress. I contacted several times to let them know I had the wrong order but never received a response back. Over a week later the mattress was delivered and I had a knock at the door saying they were here to collect the other chair. I was home on my own when they came to collect the chair and I couldn't lift the box myself as I'm 7 months pregnant so the guy had to come into the house and get it, not ideal during the lockdown / pandemic situation.... So although it was all sorted over a week later there was absolutely no communication from Kub. The chair and mattress both seem fine though
