I was informed that my order would be late due to difficulties in the armour being shipped, as I live close to the Knox shop and having armour from a previous pair of jeans I asked if I could collect my jeans direct from the shop as I needed them for the bank holiday weekend. After a couple of emails, communicating with a very helpful and pleasant member of staff it was agreed I could. I received my hip armour a few weeks later but have still not received my knee armour.
There was an issue with armour delivery, but was given the option to take the trousers with partial armour which I did and received the missing armour later. Excellent product and service.
Great product design, I contacted Knox CS to get help on sizing as I the my body shape fitting in between the 2 size on the chart. Jennifer was very helpful and guided me to correct size an XL and it fits me well... The jacket was delivered super fast within a week of ordering... That is from UK to Aus... Unfortunately due to lockdown a here in NSW I haven't been able to ride with it yet, tho trying it on and sitting on the bike it feels comfortable... Guess will update more once I have had the opportunity to ride and do a proper review..

Recently , I purchased urban pro pants and gloves , the experience was faultless, the difficulty is living in Spain, getting a local supplier with items in stock. Following brexit, making purchase from the UK are some what difficult and expensive,with unknown add-ons. However , this detracts from the great product range from Knox , I recently had an off wearing Knox urban pro pants which has led me to extend the Knox products I own. Very pleased with my purchases! I will continue to extend my use of Knox products!
Verry happy with my Knox vest, can't say a bad thing about the product. Wasn't expecting that the delivery came with an extra importcost which I found out after purchasing and paying for the vest.

I purchased Urbane Pro Mk2 jacket & pants for the hot mid-western summer climate in Indianapolis. I wanted mesh for air flow and armor for protection. I wear only a short sleeve T shirt and briefs underneath and although I get hot and sweaty (mostly because of the helmet), I do feel the air moving through the mesh when riding. I realize that ALL clothing will cause me to heat up and sweat when stopped in traffic on the hot asphalt. In my previous riding gear, mostly unarmored denim, I was drenched in sweat. Plus, now I have armor in the Knox so I have "safety peace of mind". What really impresses me is the fit and finish of these Knox garments compared to everything else I looked at in local riding stores or have every tried -- even the pants have an extra 2" length so when I sit on the bike my boots are still covered up. The Knox product is superior quality for sure - a loose stitch or a blemish cannot be found. Plus I like the lack of large branding as so many of the competitors put all over their stuff. Honestly, I can't say enough about how well the product is conceived and produced. It has the right amount of space for my stuff -- phone, keys, gate opener, chapstick, etc. but doesn't look utilitarian. I got free shipping from the UK facility and received my shipment in 10-days which was pretty impressive. I have ridden 2000 miles this summer in the Knox so I can't speak yet to the longevity of the product yet but it still looks brand new. I intend to wear it deep into the Fall and again in early Spring just with a thicker shirt like a turtleneck. I carry rain gear which easily fits over the Knox and this is a winning combination for my needs. My next purchase might be the matching gloves. No negative surprises and lots of positive ones. Very highly recommended.

Works like i wanted it but could be a little bigger in size other than that it’s a wonderful thing to wear when the weather is hot.
Sizing is off. I usually wear a medium but even large was too snug. Also, the shipping and return costs end up being too much for purchasers from the US in case you need to exchange or return.
