I found the product to be very good, though I have only so far worn once. However the email promotion I found confusing because it implied to me at least that it might come as a pair, I am very pleased with the quality of this item as I must say with other Knox products purchased.

A little hot in mid-summer in Tokyo, but cool and comfortable the rest of the year. The protector is soft and easy to move around. The size is in line with the size guide, which is based on chest circumference. I really like the Zephyr Pro.

Was unsure what to buy so spent a lot of time reviewing the website and then spoke to the very helpful customer service and then ordered two pairs of jeans (Richmond for winter and Boston for summer). Package arrived in 5 days and everything met my expectations. Great jeans ! Took the Richmond’s out on a cool October day in 2021 (approx 17 degrees) for about 5 hours riding. Wearing the jeans really made me feel confident on the bike.

I ordered some orca gloves and they was back order, they took longer than expected to arrive I contacted Knox and told them my test was up coming and they managed to source me a pair that week I feel Knox went above and beyond for me. I am very happy with the gloves really well made feel plush and the service was amazing 👍🏽 Knox

Efficient service and the very pleased with the products

The products are all in very high quality. Customer service is great that they provide feedback very quickly. However, please check the actual size of clothings and pants before making order. Suggest to ask the customer service and seek their advices on sizing. I ordered a jean in size 30, upon arrival, it is way bigger than size 30. I took the measurement is over 33. Similar to a jacket. I ordered M as per the suggestion from the web, but again it is way bigger which i need to spend shippings for return.

Great rucksack. Absolutely waterproof and more lightweight than I expected. Comfortable straps though I would maybe preferred some light padding on hip/waist strap for when I need to walk with it. Definitely comfortable when on bike. It packs quite a lot in bit fiddly to get everything out again but most rucksacks are the same. It is wide across the width but narrow in depth so doesn’t stick out to far on your back. I’m only 5ft 4 and doesn’t swamp me and isn’t too long which is great. I would agree with a previous review that it picks up hairs and bits which need a lint roller to remove which is annoying which is also why I gave it 4 stars. Would have gone for four and half if that was an option. It’s looks good too so I love my new rucksack as I have all Knox products.

The jacket was excellent, but the customer service in resolving a minor issue was second to none. The speed of assistance was excellent and friendly. I'll be heading straight back to Knox for the next bit of kit.

Excellent quality and fit as always with Knox gear - the Orsa mk2 gloves are to replace my old mk1’s which have given me years of service in all conditions .. simply cannot fault knox equipment
