Ingenious, well-fitting, good-looking Scarlett jeans which are warm and which dry fast if you're out in the rain. Unfortunately, the cut and/or the weight of the fabric plus PPE saw the standard knee pads slip to below knee level, protecting my shins but not my knees. Knox were very helpful and supplied larger knee pads which work better though the right knee pad still slips down a little. Maybe the knee pad pockets need to be placed higher on the legs? Gravity, eh? Can't live with it, can't live without it.

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery
I ordered motor bike gloves as a birthday present for my son, with a guess at the size. When they arrived he thought they were fine, until he actually tried riding with them. He then realised they were oversized, and consequently unsafe. They'd been worn for five minutes - the time to take his bike round the block. So, after a little to-ing and fro-ing by email to establish that they were genuinely unmarked by use, they were exchanged for the smaller size. They have now been received by my son who is delighted with them. And I am delighted with the outcome - a great present in the right size!
I’m in Australia. Bought a jacket. It arrived 5 days after ordering and due to not having to pay VAT only cost $18 more. The Aussie retailer was on preorder only and I didn’t want to wait.

Quality products at a fair price. Although, when I bought some Handroid gloves at a ‘reduced’ rate from an on-line supplier, I had to send them back as the stitching was coming loose on one of the fingers.
Being in the US I'm always hesitant to order from overseas when avoidable. Was beginning to doubt whether this product would come in stock at US suppliers again so decided to order directly from Knox and not disappointed I did. The process was very efficient, I was able to use Paypal and process in local currency to avoid currency conversion rate type fees (my CC has no foreign transaction fees). Shipping speed was AMAZING. Ordered on a Monday evening (US time) and received my order Thursday afternoon, quicker than most domestic deliveries. Only been using the rucksack a couple weeks but overall experience and quality seem good thus far.
You never know how the customer service will respond until an issue arrives, Knox where quick to provide a replacement when asked and exchanged it for a different size, the returns process was fast and simple via UPS
