Bought a number of things and as usual the choice and delivery was great. However, I bought a Spyderco Sharpmaker and one of the protection bars was missing. On contacting Knivesandtools, it was suggested I send the whole unit back. Not the ideal thing, given the effort on my part and cost on Knivesandtools part. I suggested again that it would be better and cheaper to send the bar in the post. This they have now agreed to. So all happy. 4 stars rather than 5 simply because they should have read my first communication properly, suggesting that they send a bar. Ultimately, great service by Knives and Tools, just one star drop for not responding appropriately first time.
Bought the new Fenix LR50R rechargeable LED flashlight. I can only say I’m amazed with the quality, workmanship and use-ability of this torch. It’s worth every single cent and I’m looking forward to years of use with this torch.

One item was delayed so I contacted them and they explained that it was out of stock and they were waiting for it to be resupplied. I suggested that they keep customers informed, and they were open to that suggestion. I would have no problem with recommending Knivesandtools.

Fantastic site. Great selection with very clear details about all products. I especially love the stock e.t.a on the very small few products that aren't in stock. Emails regarding my order were clear concise and kept to necessary only. I wasn't bombarded with repetitive emails. All in all I have been and will continue to be a returning customer.
Very happy with my purchase.only problem was the contents were packaged very poorly and part of the box was torn.
