I have to give 5stars as the overall experience deserves them. My only complaint concerns the courier, UPS. The item, a heavy chopping block, was packaged in a box which was too big for it and because of the way it was handled burst out of the side of the box and was damaged. Knivesandtools dealt with the issue very quickly. A set of knives which I ordered at the same time arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with K&T’s service and recommend them to everyone.
