Goods despatched but never arrived, replacements sent out, only 2 boxes of the 4 arrived still waiting the other 2 boxes to arrive.

Boxes were excellent quality and arrived fast, only downside was 6 rolls of 50mm parcel tape that were stacked in a tube of 6 attached to boxes with shrink wrap and inevitably arrived squashed into an oval. If the tape was packed side by side flat this probably wouldn't happen

Very speedy delivery and great communication
Not a great experience. I usually buy boxes, packaging and supplies here for my small business, in the last delivery has been quick and no issues however I’m not happy on this occasion. I had an email to state my order was successful then another with tracking info, the tracking isn’t great as it doesn’t provided much information.. two separate occasions it said the package would be delivered, I was home all day but nothing came. There has been no further emails or communication until I emailed almost two weeks after I placed the order to query why I had not received the delivery. I was told there was ONE failed delivery attempt, I’m not sure if this is true because no note was left and no emails or tracking to state this and now in their reply on here they are saying twice? Anyway what I’m not happy with is if o had not contacted I wasn’t going to receive any info from them, I was told my parcel could be arrange to be sent back out however I requested a refund and I now will be looking somewhere else to buy from as I don’t trust the brand anymore.
