Quality products. Quick delivery
Don't show the weight on postal tubes (which is crucial to postage costs). Had to phone, and they told me to divide the weight of the package by the number of tubes to get the weight of the individual tubes...turns out this is wrong.

Love the products however the packages often arrive in a very beat-up state. This may be an issue with the courier but we've noticed it happen a few times now and luckily it hasn't impacted the purchased items but its a concern.

The bags I ordered arrived quickly and in good condition. However, the first time we gave one to a customer one of the handles came off as she walked away with her shopping, which was embarrassing. It hasn't happened again as far as I know.
