Easy ordering good prices and prompt delivery
I bought some postal boxes to send out my wools. They were off a good price & arrived very quickly. I was a little concerned that the boxes are manufactured with 1 corner that is not completely sealed, so after a phone call to kite, I was reassured that they were sturdy enough and I days I could reinforce the 1 corner, to ensure stability with the box. But must say they are a great size for my purpose & at a good price too.

I'm organising my large CD collection. I found suitable boxes on Kite Packaging website but couldn't work out how to order. (I was getting mixed up - at my age that's easily done.) I phoned the sales department and the rep explained what I was going wrong in a non patronising way. Very helpful! I went back to the on line ordering page, placed my order, and the items were delivered the next day.

Having tried other firms & getting same answers,I.E we do not do phone orders/we only work work metric,I found Kite.The lady Ispoke to could not have ben more helpful,she gave me the conversion of what Envelopes Ineeded,& because I have no knowlege of bank transfers she sorted out the C/C Payment,all this witth no problems.That is SERVICE,would I recommend? anytime & thank you. from one saatisfied customer
