NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER ! I GAVE THEM 2 CASES ONE AGAINST HSBC AND ONE AGAINST A FRAUDSTER AND THEY HAD TO KEEP RUNNING TO A BARRISTER TO FIND OUT HOW TO PROCEED.
