Khan Mather were absolutely amazing! My previous solicitor was useless, and almost lost my house purchase. Natasha absolutely smashed it (as did Faye of course!) - within several weeks, they managed to get EVERYTHING sorted, and picked up a lot that my previous firm had not. Natasha was superb. I can't say enough good things about Faye Beech from KM. She went above and beyond and had to do the job of two other onward chain solicitors who obstructive and useless through the entire sale. She cuts through jargon and excuses. She consistently and regularly kept me updated. If every solicitor worked to her standard then moving would be so easy. I will whole heartedly recommend her to anyone. Without her holding the chain together, my entire purchase would have fallen through due to the incompetence of the onward solicitors. I don't know what the rest of the solicitors are like at KM but was very impressed with the service I received.
I cannot rate this firm more highly. Georgina Hardman is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. After putting off writing a will for years, she had it all sorted within days. When I went into the office to sign it, the staff were just lovely. Everything was done efficiently, and in a friendly manner. I would certainly recommend them.

This brought many challenges along the way, including an aggravated me, however, they still dealt with everything in a very professional manner and understood the whole process, again, unlike the other side! Suanne recently carried out my conveyancing which completed at the start of this month. I received excellent customer service and advice from Suanne. She was very professional, responded to any questions very quickly and was very approachable. Suanne was also very happy to discuss any quick questions I had over the phone. The vendor even said how happy he was with how smoothly the process went, which was a credit to Suanne. The legal advice provided by Suanne was clear and easy to understand, for example, she flagged any issues that I should be aware of and advised me of practical solutions and options available in respect of any issues raised. The whole process was completed within two months from first instructing Suanne, which was very efficient. Although I am not based in Manchester, this did not cause any issues at all as Suanne made sure all work could be done remotely. Would definitely recommend Suanne to others.

I employed Khan Mather to act as my solicitors for the sale of my hoe and the purchase of another. After speaking to them I had Faye and Natasha put on my case. It did not prove easy due to difficulties in the chain through no fault of ours. The 2 ladies were very pro-active and reactive with these issues and finally found solutions. After some long hours and some gritted determination I was finally able to complete and move in to my new home. Not sure if I would have felt so secure in the hands of others but both Faye and Natasha pulled all the stops out for me.
