This is the second time we have used Milena Matthew at KMS. In fact, she gave such a good service the first time, that we even paid an extra £360 fee to Purple Bricks Estate Agent to enable us to use a solicitor of our choosing as opposed to their one. Even having done that, the fees probably still worked out cheaper for us. Milena was always able to take a call and nothing was ever a problem for her, very friendly and helpful and helped us complete in a reasonably short time frame based on some cases taking longer during the pandemic. We would highly recommend this firm.
