I bought 2 items: The calling card and the esim travel card. The support is great. The reply emails (to my questions) are sent within 20 minutes approximately and contain clear instructions.

Worked the first time but then every time I try to use the app to call international it's horrible, it cuts off every time, the person cannot hear me, then it comes back and breaks off again.

Calling using the app literally saved my day while abroad!
I was attempting to use the service and I was asked for a password. Well I did not know the reason for that because I had not have to do it before. FinallyI could not use this keep calling service. I'm planning to cancel it.
