The sound quality was terrible. It was my mother's birthday and I called the UK to wish her a happy birthday and I could barely understand her. It sounded like I was talking to a robot, it was so tinny, and my own voice kept echoing back to me. So disappointed that on her special day, we couldn't even have a proper conversation. Due to the poor quality of the call, it only lasted 3-4 minutes vs. our usual 1 hour calls. Not sure if this was a one-off or if this is what to expect. I may consider another service if so.

I have been using KeepCalling continuously for about two years now. I honestly have no issues with the service. I especially like the ability to call offline without the use of data. This is especially useful since data is usually more unreliable than calling when traveling. Cost is a little bit on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. I have not noticed any significant call drops as such. It happens, but not regularly.
signed up to pay international calls on a "all included" deal and only after paying saw it was only valid for landlines! useless...
