Very easy to use

I have been using KeepCalling for well over a year now, and I love the low rates I get when calling relatives in the UK. While topping up my account, I noticed that KeepCalling offers travel data. I contacted customer service with questions about this and about making phone calls while in the UK. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly my questions were answered and how completely thorough the agent was. I am very impressed with this company and will continue to use their services.

I installed the IOS app and paid through Apple, but it's completely unusable. Tapping the keypad takes about 30 seconds to register a response — it took nearly 3 minutes just to dial a number. I can’t imagine how bad the experience would be once a call is actually connected. What’s worse is the lack of proper support. There’s no help available on the website (at least none that I could find), and it seems like the only way to get a response is by leaving a 1-star review — which is incredibly frustrating. Honestly, I’m shocked by the 10,000+ positive reviews. Am I missing something here?

Easy to use with auto recharge. I like the service and the flexibility of using it from any phone I need to.

I would have given you 5 stars except for the fact that all my local access numbers do not work on my VOIP (OOMA phone) however, I can access these numbers on my cell phone!

I made use of this app while travelling and trying to administer life back home. I used to use Skype for the same purpose. Its generally been great however I did find calls with KeepCalling cutting our regularly for a period of my travels in South East Asia. I sought support from KeepCalling. They were responsive but were unable to positively diagnose the issue. It may have related to the stability of internet connections rather than KeepCalling.

KeepCalling is great The only thing, when I use a different phone you want the Pin number for many, many calls, It is a long, complicated pin stop asking for it so much..... and make it simpler.....it is not a starting code for a nuclear war.....

It's inexpensive, always works well whenever I need to reach to my mom in another country.

Great rates and most of the time (85%), quality of voice and connection. The voice call purchase is fast and it is handy when you run out of charge in the middle of your call.

Cheap way to telephone over the Internet but Service has a problem with dropped calls. Its great for personal calls but not recommended for dealing with call you can't afford to get cut off from.
