ordered 60 feather edge fence panels - received 59, and one of them was a considerably longer length than the others. arrived absolutely soaked through, with several of them being splattered with bird s**t. I wasn't home when they arrived, so the delivery was left on my front lawn. Otherwise all good

Easy to order the bulk gravel and sleepers I needed. I decided to call ahead to check a few things first, easy to get through to someone who was extra helpful. The delivery turned up exactly when I requested it, delivery was quick and painless, happy delivery guy who went on his way with a smile. Just a perfect service.
I had two split cement bags, I had to rebag myself. Cement all over the paving blocks I'd ordered so I could see different colours. Light damage on all 3 fence panels. And no warning when delivery would occur. One positive the driver did help me move the concrete gravel board to my rear garden.
Delivery driver did not let us know the bag had been delivered and left it partly blocking garage door, unable to get car out. I could not drag it far too heavy. Rang and complained, a young man eventually arrived and moved it onto lawn.
