Good delivery driver did put it exactly where I wanted it and good service. I was told it would be a PM delivery but arrived early AM which was a surprise but product appears to be great quality which is the main thing.

The staff "at the other end of the phone" are knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful (thankyou esp to Becky who helped me correct a mistake I made with my original on-line order). And the delivery side of the firm is equally impressive - they came out on the same day I made the mistake ordering the "wrong" items to take them back and delivered the replacement items Becky had helped me choose. It all worked like clockwork, and done with the utmost politeness and friendliness. Thankyou so much.
