Great customer service from Kebur. No problem making amendments to my original fencing order, always polite and helpful. Kebur's pre-packing check identified some issues with what I had ordered (wrong lengths for gravel boards) and they called me to check and ultimately change the order. They could have just delivered what I had ordered and blamed it on me, but their qulaity control prevented this. Much appreciated as my project, which was already in a tight timeframe, could have been considerably delayed.

Ordered a bulk bag of 10mm shingle and, unlike other firms, we got to choose the delivery date. Driver brought the bag, but before unloading he checked if the order was correct as we had 20mm shingle on the drive. He didn't need to do this. He could have just delivered and driven away.
